Privacy policy

Last updated:

Template only. This is a basic starting point. Have it reviewed by a legal professional for the jurisdictions you serve (e.g. GDPR, CCPA) before launch.

What we collect: booking form and calendar

When you ask to book a free call, we collect your first and last name, email, phone number, country, company, role and what you are looking for. We save these in our database and alert our team so we can follow up. After you submit, you can choose a time in our calendar, which is provided by Cal.com; the details you share there are handled under Cal.com’s own privacy policy. A spam check (Cloudflare Turnstile) may run on the form.

Website analytics

We use PostHog to count visits and to see how many people open, start and finish our booking form, and where people stop. We use it without cookies or browser storage, and we do not send your name, email or phone number to it.

Chat assistant

Our website chat assistant is powered by AI. The messages you type are processed by our AI service provider (Cloudflare) to generate replies. We do not save your chat on our side, and the assistant does not ask for your contact details; to book a call you use the booking form described above. Please don’t share sensitive information such as passwords or payment details in the chat.

How we use it

We use this information only to reply to you and to provide our services. We do not sell your personal data.

Sharing

We may use trusted providers (such as form-handling or email services) to process submissions on our behalf. They may only use your data to provide those services.

Retention and your rights

We keep enquiry data only as long as needed. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data at any time.
